Two licensing applications for Stoke Newington Central

Two new late night licensing applications have been submitted for our ward:

Scenario (Formerly known as The Palatine), 97 Stoke Newington Road, London, N16 8BX has applied to vary their license:
 

  • To include the basement on the licence and to amend and remove some of the existing conditions from the licence.
  • Also, the following licensable activities take place: plays, films, live music, anything of similar description and supply of alcohol from 10:00 to 00:30am Sun to Thur and from 10:00 to 02:30am Fri and Sat
  • recorded music from 10:00 to 01:00am Sun to Thur and from 10:00 to 03:00am Fri and Sat
  • performance of dance from 08:00 to 01:00am Sun to Thur and
  • from 08:00 to 03:00am Fri and Sat
  • late night refreshment from 23:00 to 01:00am Sun to Thur and from 23:00 to 03:00am Fri and Sat.
  • Non standard hours for all licensable activity will be New Year's
  • Eve from 10.00 until 11.00 the following day and the day before a public holiday to have the same hours as a Saturday.
The deadline for representations is 17th October.

192 Stoke Newington High Street London N16 7JD has applied for a licence:
 

  • for late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 Sun to Thur and from 23:00 to 02:00am Fri and Sat
The deadline for representations is 18th October.

If you wish to make a representation these must address the licensing objectives:

    •    prevention of crime and disorder
    •    prevention of public nuisance
    •    public safety
    •    the protection of children from harm
