Final chance to have your say on the new boundary proposals for Hackney wards

The final proposals for changes to Hackney electoral ward boundaries have been published by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE).

The LGBCE have also announced that residents will now have an extra chance to comment on the proposals as some changes have been made to the draft recommendations.

These are largely in the south of the borough in Hoxton and in Stamford Hill, but there are also a few changes to the proposed new Shacklewell ward which part of our existing ward will be moving into.
Full details on these changes including updated maps are available on the LGBCE website.

Residents are invited to comment on these proposed changes.

You can have your say on the LGBCE online submissions form, via email, or by post to:

The Review Officer (Hackney)
Local Government Boundary Commission for England
Layden House
76-86 Turnmill House

The consultation closes on the 19th of February 2013.
